Sundays are my only free days. I also eat normally, not overly.</p>

<p>A) Why am I not losing weight </p>
<p>B) Why am I not gaining muscle</p>
<p>C) What are ways I can help myself lose weight? </p>
<p>I am so serious about losing weight now that it&#8217;s top on my priority list. I&#8217;d even take an entire day planner at this point in time! </p>

Well for the New Year&#8217;s I am trying to just write down all of the foods I eat, and if it&#8217;s not healthy, I&#8217;d go like run a lap, or something!<br />
I am trying to make a food chart with a little 2 year planner with a calender in it, and maybe writing down all I eat for the day on a little square? And that determines how much I work out the next day to burn the foods off.<br />

I went from 305 down to 276 in about a month which involved running twice a day for at least 30mins a time, 5 days a week and a diet plan that was 6 days at a calorie intake of 1500 or less a day and 1 &#8220;cheat day&#8221; of whatever I wanted (diet based upon caloric shock and your leptin level).I platued big time. Couldn&#8217;t get past 276, Of course, being dishearted, i then let up for about 3 weeks and went back up to 285 for weight. I then went back to working out once a day doing push-ups and sit-ups (3&#215;25-30) and then staitionary bike or olyptical for 30 mins. I went back down to about 278. </p>
<p>So I have found a workout program that I just started (like yesterday) and already love it. It goes as follows:</p>
<p>Monday: Flat Bench &#8211; 6-10 Reps<br />
Decline &#8211; 10-12 Reps<br />
Incline &#8211; 10-12 Reps<br />
Pec Dec &#8211; 10-12 Reps<br />
Weighted Crunches &#8211; 20 Reps<br />
Hyper Extensions &#8211; 20 Reps<br />
Bridges &#8211; 1 min Reps </p>
<p>Tuesday:Squats &#8211; 10-12 Reps<br />
Lunges &#8211; 10-12 Reps<br />
Calf Raises &#8211; 10-12 Reps </p>
<p>Wednsday:Up/Right Rows &#8211; 8-10 Reps<br />
Side Lateral Raises &#8211; 10-12 Reps<br />
Dumbell Front Raises &#8211; 10-12 Reps<br />
Shoulder Press &#8211; 10-12 Reps<br />
Shrugs &#8211; 10-12 Reps<br />
Hyperextensions &#8211; 25 Reps<br />
Over Head Side Bend &#8211; 25 Reps<br />

<p>And also 30mins of Cardio either after lifting (I do m-w-f) or before lifting (t-th)</p>
<p>SO again, I love it and am excited. But to lose weight you need a good workout plan and DIET!!!!<br />
I learned that the 7-day &#8220;cheat day&#8221; diet works to an extent, but super easy to fall off of. And so&#8230;..</p>
<p>What is a really good diet program to get on? I have done alot of research and it seems that every diet plan I looked at was &#8220;the best diet out there&#8221; but honestly, I don&#8217;t want to buy a book, or download crap, or have a meal planner mailed to me for tons of $$$. Sorry if I don&#8217;t believe in purchasing a product (with this one time special offer and a warning that if your intent is to only lose a few pounds, this isn&#8217;t for you) when the very next product I look at, and the one after that all same the same thing. </p>
<p>I am looking either for a plan that someone has ACTUALLY done, stuck to, and has had sucess from and not just for 6 weeks either but for a good amount of time. I want something that is gonna help me with my life style change, not something that is change my life (for about 6 or so weeks).</p>
<p>And I swear to god if I see that amino berry acid promo as an answer, I am gonna flip!!!!<br/><br/></div>
