HOW CAN I AVOID PAYING LATE COLLEGE TUITION FEES?

asked:

In the beggining I had a sheet that told me dates and all, so I wrote them into my planner and probably threw away that sheet, cuz I can’t find it. So, the last day for tuition before the first late fee would be tomorrow according to it. On the website, I just read, that it was today at 4. So, I guess I missed it, because I was unimformed. I found a similar thing online though that says the same date and everywhere I look it says something different. How can I avoid paying the fee, if it truely was due already?? Like what do I say, HELP!
Andd yes, I do realize it was very irresponsible of me to have waited until the last day…

w1luv asked:

I’m working with the class planner online and I signed up for a Math class. I’m a freshman and I’m pretty much clueless with this whole college thing so… could someone please clear this up for me?

The class says it meets up:
# MWF 2:00 PM–2:50 PM
# W 5:00 PM–5:50 PM

So what does that mean? We meet up TWICE on Wednesday? Or that he gives the same lecture twice that day? I don’t understand that. HELP. And yes, I do know the difference between a Discussion class and a Lecture class. It says that the two classes on Wednesday are both Lecture. Our discussion class is on a different day.

It sounds like a fun major with alot of fun coursework! Careerwise though, it almost looks unprofessional and whimsical on a resume. I understand there are careers for rec administrations, but they are very broad and vague, ie. community recreation planner, corporate wellness program director, etc.
I need some more information about these careers. What does one do on a day-to-day basis and how much is the salary?

Rick asked:

So, I went to the first day of my 2-day orientation today and tomorrow I have to choose my classes. I thought I knew what I wanted my major to be, but then it hit me. This is going to influence my entire life, and if you use a certain amount of credit hours, I have to start paying out of state tuition, and I’m only allowed to drop 6 classes in my entire time at college. I’m so nervous I’m not going to choose the right major, even though I’ve had a narrowed down to a few already, which are: landscape architect, urban planner, graphic designer… I don’t know what I’m going to do? Were you in the same boat when you went off to college? If so how did you handle it?
