Do you have a fear, that you cant get rid of? Mine had something to do with school. My biggest fear is forgetting my homework. I have had at least two times this has had happened to me but by changing a few things in school I never forget my homework anymore. I will tell you two incidents and tell you how to fix it.
In my 7th grade English class we had to a do outsiders reenactment. I had to make the backgrounds. I never wrote it down in my planner. Thinking I would remember I didn’t when we got into English class to present it was terrible the backgrounds looked terrible because I made them in 5 minutes.

MY second time was in 8th grade math we had a month to get 10 graphs done. For project worth around 100 points. I procrastinated until the last night I only got 2 graphs done. I ended up never turning any graphs in. It hurt my grade severely

Now I am going to tell you my ways to help remember. I always put my assignments into my planner right when I hear them in class. When school is over instead of thinking off of the top of my mind I look into my planner. Instead of trying to find your stuff in the morning when you wake up. Put your books planner everything you need into your backpack so just in case you wake up late you can head right out of the door.

Now you can see my little fear of forgetting homework is now easily changed around just by two easy steps

I want you to get me an iPod Touch (32 gig). The reasons you have told me you won’t get me an iPod Touch is because, one, you said I will waste my time. Two, you said I’m not responsible enough to have one. And lastly, you asked why we should spend our money on this in the current economic situation.
The iPod Touch is an incredible electronic gadget that has many features. Some of these features include planners. The planner could help me be more organized and responsible. I could use my iPod touch to note my, to do assignments and other upcoming school activities. I could also put down what church activities and programs I plan to attend, what days they are, and when they are. I would never have to worry about running out of room to write, like one would in conventional planners. It also has an email application on it, and with a wireless Internet connection, I can check my email, to see if I got anything important. Also if, I’m memorizing something, I can record myself saying it on the computer, send it into my iPod, and loop it endlessly as another way of studying, unlike the limitations I have with my phone which can only record and play a minute.
I will be more responsible with my iPod Touch and not lose it. It will be constantly in its case, and I will always keep it clean.
In the case of money, perhaps I can help around the house or you can let me get a job so I can pay for it. Tell me what to do to earn the iPod.
So of course I want you to get me an iPod that will help me to learn the basics of time management and effective utilization of my time, the most valuable resource that I should wisely use.

For all of these reasons, Mom and Dad, I would most appreciate a gift like the iPod Touch (32gig).

BTW I’m not allowed to get a job or work around the house. I get good grades, but my parents don’t event consider that argument. It’s a so what thing.
