    welll first of all you need to think about how much you wanna lose because you have to stop at some point dieting as your gonna be satisfied with your self
    i recommend these things about losing weight
    drink water -yes its true ,Your metabolism is the bio-mechanical process that breaks food down and turns it into energy. In a nutshell, it consumes calories. Since metabolism is your best ally in the frontline against weight, you want it to be working at full speed. Water is the fuel that drives metabolism’s chemical reactions. So, if you’re not drinking enough, you won’t burn as many calories as you can. Simple.

    Also when your eating chew your food enough because then you body dont have to work as hard as it would to break down the food if you dont chew your food enough

    also people say the less they eat the more weight they lose
    THIS is NOT healthy because if you starve your self to lose weight your metabolism slows down and its also not true you can have light snacks in certain times of the day as this can help maintaine your energy levels and still lose weight

    and dont eat after 8 PM either as this time your body will probably be tired and the food just sits there in your stomach all night long

    exercise – skipping is a GREAT GREAT way to lose weight
    even boxers skip its absolutely great for losing weight

    And dont take the car everywhere if you think the place you want to go is close – then go for a walk and walk there !!
