Easy, this is what I did.

4 servings of whole grains a day
    4 servings of calcium
6 servings of fruit and vegetables
    2 servings of protein

If you use low fat it comes out to about 1800 calories a day. If you want the intake to be lower remove one serving from each food group and it will come out to about 1300 calories a day.

It’s really simple this way, you can play around with it every day. I am presently pregnant with twins so I follow this because I gained to much weight during my first few months of pregnancy and now I have to try to stabalize my weight until I give birth.

You don’t need to pay a profession for something that is quite simple. This plan is also easy to work with what you already have and buy at home.

Both of these websites contain helpful information about diet planning: and
I know neither of them are UK sites, but healthy nutrition is the same no matter where you live.
