how to make parents let me have free time?

every single day i come home watch my 2 younger sisters, cook dinner, and try to clean after my homework is done because my mom works late as a party planner. when she finally gets home i always like to ask her how her day was or if she can help me with homework or something. but her excuse is that she’s tired,or she just starts yelling that the house is not clean enough i didnt do this, i didnt do that. so much crap.
i think im a pretty good kid with good grades and i never do anything bad. also whenever i want to hang with my friends she never lets me go even when i have spent the whole school week taking care f the house. i dont think its fair that i have to take care of the “at home” responsibilities when she gets payed to go hang out with her friends at parties.
i dont know what to do so that she can start acknowledging my work instead of my flaws.
oh yeah one of my younger sisters has special needs so she tries to keep me in the house so i can help watch her.
