I am so scared that I will forget an element for my wedding. I am very overwhelmed, any ideas?

I don’t want to forget anything and come my wedding day and I don’t have it. I don’t want to spend money on a wedding planner, any ideas to ease my mind?

let your family or friends help, but just relax, i’t doesn’t have to be perfect Steve
find an online checklist that is the place to start than ask close friends and family preferably people who were married recently to fill out more items, and just relax, know that you wont forget something major and if you forget something small chances are people won’t notice because they should be there to celebrate the joining of you two in marriage Missy Autumn
As long as you remember the officiant, the license, and the invitations– you will still be having a wedding. TwistedxKiss
write down everything comes up to your mind anytime , anywhere, the idea will not come back soon if you fail to write them down asap!
by the way, if you will buy shoes for your wedding , try the website! Their shoes are great! Maggie
There are many online resources which offer good (and free) checklists and timelines. There are also a number of good books in the bookstores to help guide you. Go to Barnes and Nobles, go to the Wedding section and pick out some books. Have a seat and perhaps a latte and browse through the books to see which ones best suit your needs and your budget. If that doesn’t suit you, consider shopping for your books and tools on Amazon.com. If you get stuck and need extra help, hop back onto Yahoo! Answers and I as well as other wedding planners will be here to help give you free timelines, checklists and advice. I am a wedding planner and I provide timelines and checklists for my brides (and even sometimes those who aren’t paying clients) all the time.
If toting around a pen and pad aren’t your thing, consider getting a small digital recorder where you can verbally jot down notes and ideas that come into your head as your day progresses and even as you drive. When you find the time, you can transcribe your verbal notes and store them in a notebook or type it out into a document on your computer and store that on a flash drive or your hard drive (or both).
Consider, and doing searches for wedding tools on internet search engines for concise timelines and checklists. I would suggest beginning to think about and stocking your wedding day emergency kit sooner rather than later since you aren’t going to have a wedding planner provide that for your day.
Best Regards and Congratulations! Carla
You know something will go wrong or planning will not go as planned on that day. The best way is to realize this and don’t stress, Just remember that this is your day and your getting married to the man you love. Nothing else should matter, just think of your brand new husband and smile! Emily
