The Professor asked:

I am interested in healthier eating. I want to begin eating 5 meals a day, but would like to find a reputable on-line meal planner that can help map out meals for me. Any suggestions?

don’t go to a web site but buy the book eating for life
and it has a lot of good meal plans for you to go by.
the book cost you about 35 dollars and it’s very good and can even help you with the workout part of it to.
try it and see if you like it.

Denise Austin’s website is good. It’s not free but it’s only $3 a week. It’s not one of those crazy weight programs but real weight control. She teaches portion sizes, gives you inspiration, exercise ideas etc. Her website is. Also Anne Collins website is another good one. I believe it is a one time fee of $15 and she offers a variety of different food plans to fit your health and lifestyle. .
