Pregnant? Long, but please help?

I have been pregnant before, but I just don’t know if I am pregnant! Just hear me out. I have a 7 month old son and I am late. I am never later than 2 days late. Ever since I started my period after stopping breast feeding, I have been regular like I was before my first pregnancy. I only have one child. I have been sick with Strep Throat/Pharyngitis and have been taking antibiotics daily and I take my last ones tomorrow morning. My LMP was August 25th and I usually start in the morning, which I did last month. I was suppose to start this month on the 22nd. My ovulation week was September 4th thru the 9th. It sounds bad, but ever since I have had our son, I am very cautious about when we have sex, since my husband and I don’t use protection, and I am like a daily planner when were in the mist of our sex. I will wonder, “okay, whats today?” And I did that on the day we had sex, which was on the highest day I was prone to get pregnant IF we weren’t careful about it. Like I stated before, we weren’t using protection on the 8th which was my highest day to get pregnant, but I havent been stressing it. Then I got sick Monday and I am still sick today. But I havent started. But I do get some cramps here and there like my period. When I was pregnant with my son, I FELT pregnant, its hard to explain. Then when I took the test one day after my missed period, it was positive, when i was prego with my son. I took a test 2 days after my missed period and it said negative. I am confused and don’t know if its just bc im sick and body is out of wack from the sickness? Or am I pregnant with another blessing? Any insight would be helpful. SOrry so long. Thanks!!
So far, I am 5 days late. My boobs don’t hurt, my nipples are sensitive. My dandruff is coming back(which was a side effect, lol, from my first pregnancy) didn’t know if that was a sign that I was again. Didn’t know if the same symptoms from previous pregnancy would happen in second pregnancy.

from pregnancy to pregnancy its different even with the same person…. so your pregnancy symptoms with your son can be different with your next and probably will be different. It can also take 5-8 weeks for your body to have enough hormone to affect the test to come out positive… so i would wait a week and hten test again if you still arent satisified i would go to the doctor… in fact im in the same boat still waiting for my period thats yet to come and i am NEVER off.
