If you examined most teen texts, you'd see, "Hi wassup" and "Im at the mall" and so forth. If you really want to encourage your relationship, call her on the telephone or write her via e-mail, send her a cute card once in a while, and downplay the texting. That isn't doing you a bit of good. It’s becoming more and more apparent that texting is not the ideal method for meaningful communication.
