Would you rather use a daily planner or a to do list?
Steven K asked:
Would you rather use a calender planner to plan your schedule at certain times during the day or a to do list? The trouble i have with calenders is that, i can’t follow through with the time. Some tasks are longer while some may be shorter and it’s almost impossible to multi-task when you’re stuck to a schedule, so i would go with a to do list.
What are your thoughts?

The fact that some tasks take longer and some less is why a planner is better than a to-do list that doesn’t take the time-factor into consideration. For simple things, a to-do list can work, but for multi phase tasks over time, a planner is the way to go because you can schedule and mark important milestones that need to be completed within specific periods of time. Also, if you require input from outside agencies to complete a specific task you can factor in those deadlines as well, keeping on top of each part of the task until the whole is completed.
